    Thanks for the fun, Cat. The chain with the cable tie reminded me of a ruse that Sam has used for years.

    He owns his own business. He got very tired of people using the dumpster for the building to get rid of their large item discards and trash. He hung a chain with a lock on it prominently on the lid. He never locks it, but no one ever dumps there any longer. They see the padlock and drive on, I suppose.
