For those who love the philosophy of hypocrisy and ambiguity, here are a few statements to ponder by a very clever comedian with a knack for the spoken (and written) word. George Carlin enjoyed a successful 30-year-career of making people howl with laughter, and is known by many as the grandfather of stand up comedy. He was also voted the best comedian in history by his fellow comedians.

  2. Good choice for a smile today, Cat. I loved George Carlin. Sam still teases me about my "stuff" from an old bit Carlin did. I have too much stuff, he says. I think shoes are in that category, too!

    Read them to Hoss and got tongue tied on number two. Hoss wanted to know if I'd had one to many, lol, because I kept giggling trying to get the words out. Yeah, I don't drink, but sure felt like I had trying to spit that one out.
