She’s gone from this…
To this…
To this…
And is now working on graduating to this…
Realistically, we’re probably looking at another 3-5 weeks in rehab but if we are, we could be looking at this!
Of course, there have not been big smiles as you see in the pictures above but she is on her way to recovery and will hopefully be able to live on her own again in the near future.
Once that happens, if not before, I will probably be checking in to the local funny farm.
Here is the YouTube link if the video above won't play.
Oh boy Cat! I can see it and hear it! Lol! Glad moms at least facing forward!
ReplyDeleteVisited her today and she's improved by leaps and bounds! Was so very proud of her! But will probably still be checking in to the funny farm. ;)

Thank you, Han! She's made even more progress and is using a walker and a cane...she and her therapist are hoping she'll be able to go home on her own by the 16th of the month...we'll see.

I'm so happy for your Mom's progress but can relate to your frustration. You're working, running back and forth and still trying to keep it together. Keep on keepin' on and we'll keep doing our part.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much, Sunny...really don't know what I would have done without my friends...y'all have been my strength!
