Welcome to my little corner of the world where you never know what you will find! It could be anything from a joke to a funny picture to a personal rant to a favorite recipe to an awesome quote to any random "bright idea" that pops into my mind.
Hi Cat, Thanks so much! Lots of these were really funny, but I need to be honest. I am so not a tech person that there are several that I don't even get. I could be that person.
I can give you one from a teacher, though. I was conducting a parent conference where I was trying to explain why the student's grades were so poor. The parent told me flat out that he couldn't get the child to do any homework. He couldn't even get the child to put their dirty dishes in the sink. He wanted me to set up an improvement plan to get the kid to do his own dishes at home. My mouth just hung open. "No Child Left Behind" should have been named, "No Parent Left Behind."
LOL Ella...I'm sure you understood most of the ones above. OMG...I can't believe you had to deal with that kind of parent...he was probably a product of 'no child left behind'!
Haha, I am not really tech savy either. I like the sandwich one, seems I can eat the whole sandwich and just imagine it was smaller, for less calories. :) Thank you for the laugh, Cat.
You're very welcome Nina...even if you are not tech savvy, don't think I'd catch you pulling any of the above. Oh the sandwich one is good...think that person failed math class! ;)

I hear Ella and raise her my tech-no saavy skills! I thought if I admitted a couple I didn't get.... You'd laugh hard, but not be surprised!
ReplyDeleteOkay Minelle...which ones didn't you get? I'll be happy to explain them. ;)

Lol, my favorite must be number 9. Horribly hilarious!
ReplyDeleteGood one isn't it Julia! Can you imagine 2 hours of trying to explain why duplicate installation would not create a 64 bit environment! LOL
