    These were great to read Cat! :) The first one spoke to me for sure. The other day I came upon something else that completely helped me sort of get back to really living well- okay at least trying to... I wish that I could remember where I saw it... I sure do hope that others in the land who are experiencing difficulties get a break soon! Sweet of you to put up these encouraging words of wisdom for us all. Many hugs,
