Welcome to my little corner of the world where you never know what you will find! It could be anything from a joke to a funny picture to a personal rant to a favorite recipe to an awesome quote to any random "bright idea" that pops into my mind.

The Smile Creator
Look carefully in each picture for the cat as it makes it's way down to the dog.....
Then, check the explanation at the end …
Live, Laugh, Love
Life is not the way it's supposed to be.
It's the way it is.
The way we cope with it, is what makes the difference.
That is the sweetest thing I've ever seen, Cat! Thanks for sharing. I see another lesson in it, not just that of friendship, but unconditional acceptance of difference. And yes, it would be GREAT :) (((hugs)))
Ahhhh - I have witnessed amazing friendships among animals here on our place. It is always wonderful and inspiring to watch. The fact that the dog waits for the kitty - magical! And yes, as June said, unconditional acceptance - what a lesson for us all. hugs lillie
It is so good to accept the other one for what he is. Our dog just loves cats, she dumps any dog, when there's a cat around to go play with. But all the cats keep their distance, they don't like that energetic fast moving dog. They try to get away or even attack. With the exception of one cat. She accepts the dog for what she is, waits until the dog calms down and then they lie down together, cuddle up and are profoundly happy.
This is so sweet. We used to have a very large german shepard and he would allow the little cat to cuddle up with him. It is possible for everyone to get along no matter the genetics, a lesson we could learn.
Thank you for sharing your story Sunny - I had a short-legged shepard that let me cat lay on him and do the "kneading number" in his fur before she turned around a few times and went to sleep on him. This is a very important lesson we could all learn from.

ReplyDeleteI'm happy you like it June and you are so right - it does show unconditional acceptance of differences. It would be lovely if the world was like them.
