Welcome to my little corner of the world where you never know what you will find! It could be anything from a joke to a funny picture to a personal rant to a favorite recipe to an awesome quote to any random "bright idea" that pops into my mind.
Seriously, can you send me a link where I can find this somewhere that has no link to dd (sorry Sweetie, I just don't want to have explain anything) so I can send this on.....it has particular relevance to my "job". Thanks :D
Hey Lillie - no problem totally understand. The problem is links to the site where I got the pic don't work - think they add too much stuff. I can't even find it on their site now. :( What you can do is right-click on the pic here, and click "Save Picture As...", save it to a folder on your computer and then insert it in an email to whoever you want to send it to. Make sure you use "Save Picture As..." not "Save Target As...". If you have questions or need more instructions, email me and I will be happy to help.
And they are making duct tape in all kinds of colors now sunnygirl! As I told Minelle, I think the pic is actually a role of wire but boy howdy it sure does look like a jumbo role of duct tape. Be safe on those bridges. LOL
You are very welcome Lillie. BTW, you are not handicapped - just haven't learned it yet. And now you know something new that you can use for any picture you find online! :)
Nope, pretty sure this is duct tape on steroids - you can see the tape cutter sticking up out of the top of the cab. Duct tape is standard government issue for everything from plumbing and electrical repairs, to medics setting broken bones and rejoining torn flesh in the field, to mending tears in airplane fuselage, to repairing life support filters in space shuttles, to repairing bridges. It just works.
That is too funny, Cat! Where do you find this stuff? I love it.
ReplyDeleteFriends and family send me stuff all the time Lillie. :)

DeleteDuct tape is a most versatile material. Kids make wallets, purses......etc
ReplyDeleteHa! For bridge repair.....yikes.
I think it's actually a role of wire Minelle but it sure does look like duct tape to me! :)
DeleteI did know that I was just laughing and thinking!
DeleteIt took me more than several looks Minelle and it still looks like duct tape to me! :)
DeleteLove duct tape and that and WD40 are musts for my hubby, but for bridge repair - scary. I wonder how many we will have to traverse today.
